October FUN

BRIELLE'S DIORAMA

Brielle had to give a report on a Utah mammal. She chose the MOOSE. She had to write a report (which she gave in front of the class) and make a diorama. Travis and I did help a little, but Brielle glued, cut and painted everything. And she got 100%!!

Pumpkin Patch

We took our annual trip to the Judd Pumpkin Patch. The weather was perfect and there were so many pumpkins, it was hard to choose, but we finally picked our perfect pumpkins!

Brielle had a tough time picking her perfect pumpkin. After a lot of thought and decision, she finally made her choice!

DRESS-UP DAY AT SCHOOL

Our school decided to let the kids wear their costumes to school this year. Brielle and Lainey were so excited. They had a fun and busy day at school with the highlights being the school sing and the class parties. I was able to go and help with Lainey's party, but I snuck down to see what Brielle was doing too. It was a really fun day.

Lainey playing Halloween Bingo. Her class actually combined with the other three 2nd grade classes and each class rotated rooms. Each room had a different activity.

CARVIN' PUMPKINS

We carved our pumpkins on Friday, October 30. The girls loved digging out the pumpkin GUTS. We think they turned out pretty darn good!

HALLOWEEN

We had a fun Halloween. We went trick-or-treating around our neighborhood with the Prisbreys and Springs. After trick-or-treating, we came back to our house and ate pizza. Then our family went to my parent's house and my grandparent's house. The kids had a blast!
