During 5th grade, Brielle was able to participate in the DARE Program. It teaches kids about the dangers of drugs, alcohol and tobacco. At the end of the program, the kids get to "Graduate" from the program. They get a t-shirt and a certificate. Brielle got passed over when they were giving out certificates (hers was stuck to someone elses certificate) but she still went through the line and shook every one's hand.
