Our New Years Eve was pretty low key this year. We invited Grandma Bonnie and Grandpa Jeff up to our house for dinner. Then we played games. We played Apples to Apples, Picturika and Would Your Rather. We rang in the new year at 12 am New York time (yep, that's 10 pm Utah time).

Brielle ready to play a game. Brielle was sick but she wouldn't let on until after our party. We think she ended up with Influenza but we don't know for sure. We took her to the ER on New Years evening and she wasn't tested for anything because they thought it was probably strep or a kidney infection but even after she started her antibiotics, she still didn't get better. We took her to her regular doctor a couple of days later because she still wasn't getting better. They ran more tests on her but they were all inconclusive. It took her 5 days to start feeling somewhat normal.
